This is not a complete pleading, but rather the portion of a pleading (either a complaint or counter claim) that alleges that another party unjustly enriched themselves, or is entitled to be paid for doing work for the good of another even if there was no written agreement to pay them. You must have a copy of a complaint already which you can include this file in. It includes fill in the blanks for dates, amounts, etc. . . and very good references to case law and common law justifying the claims of unjust enrichment and quantum meruit.
